1. It can be used in various recipe.

Some people directly use Hemp seeds as snacks which is similar to sunflowers; It also could be made into soymilk by Soybean milk machine;Some people put the hemp into the soup and boil, which is delicious and with more nutritional values;

2. The Bama people used the hemp oil fried with hemp seed to make hemp soup, or drink a cup of hemp tea and eat a bowl of hemp paste;It could be made into hemp wine as well;

3. Cooking it with a little oil and stir-fry is also the healthiest way to eat.

Shelf Life:
