contains lot of hydrophilic perssads with strong water absorption and
retention, high expansibility. It is low in fat and has no taste or smell. Pea Fiber is the natural way to increase fiber without effecting texture or taste. Pea fiber can also help decrease the fat content of your product, since it has such a low fat content.
Pea fiber powder consists of two main components, the inner structure (pea inner fibre) and seed coat (pea outer fibre). For food application only the pea inner fibre is used. There is a difference in fibre content and type between these components.
